Senior Program Manager SAP
Our client is an established consultancy with a strong track record of delivering large-scale SAP transformation programs. They work with leading enterprises across industries to design and implement innovative solutions that drive real business value. This role offers the chance to take ownership of complex SAP initiatives at a strategic level, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape digital transformation journeys.
Your Role

Program management: Take on responsibility for managing complex SAP programs and large-scale SAP projects.

Leadership: Act as part of the leadership team, advising senior stakeholders and driving strategic improvements.

Project management: Confidently manage large, nearshore/offshore, and cross-company projects and programs.

Risk management: Identify risks in critical projects early and implement effective countermeasures.

Digital transformation: Lead feasibility studies, implementations, and rollout projects as part of the digital SAP transformation, with a focus on business processes in SAP S/4HANA.
Your Profile

Background: Several years of practical experience in complex SAP implementation projects.

Project management: Proven success in leading large SAP projects and programs, including stabilizing or resolving critical initiatives.

Communication: Strong communication skills in German and English, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel for project-related needs.
