The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly driven Director – Client Partner with deep expertise in the Oracle ecosystem. This is a senior, client-facing role responsible for expanding and managing strategic software engineering relationships, while generating new opportunities through strong networks and executive engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and grow client relationships within the Oracle ecosystem, focusing on software engineering services.

Drive sales of solutions including integrations, connectors, SaaS platform development, web/mobile applications, and product sustenance services.

Proactively generate new business opportunities by expanding networks, developing references, and engaging new stakeholders within target accounts.

Serve as a trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders, understanding their strategies, pain points, and technology priorities.

Partner with internal solution teams to bring forward innovative capabilities in agile engineering, DevSecOps, AI code assistants, QA solutions, and related areas.

Deliver against revenue and growth targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term account health.
Key Skills & Experience

10+ years of proven experience selling professional IT or software engineering services.

Strong background working with Oracle (or equivalent ISVs) — must understand the Oracle ecosystem, its client base, business models, and key trends.

Demonstrated success in building and growing multimillion-dollar relationships in product engineering, SaaS, and ISV markets.

Ability to originate new leads through a strong industry network and convert them into long-term engagements.

Knowledge of agile software engineering concepts, DevSecOps, AI code assistants, and QA solutions.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Director-level presence, capable of influencing C-level executives and shaping strategic partnerships.
