Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled IAM Architect to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IAM Initiatives: Lead the design and implementation of IAM solutions, including Identity Management, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Solution Architecture: Design and architect IAM solutions based on client requirements, leveraging industry best practices and industry-leading technologies.
- Technical Expertise:
- Deep understanding of identity and access management principles and technologies, including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and federated identity.
- Proven experience with leading IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of directory services (e.g., Active Directory) and integration with cloud platforms.
- PAM Implementation: Experience with deploying and managing PAM solutions, including privileged account management, password management, and secure remote access.
- Project Management: Lead and manage IAM projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery within budget and scope.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for IAM solutions.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide expert guidance.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging IAM technologies and trends, and identify opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an IAM Architect or in a similar IAM leadership role.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, access control, and governance.
- Experience with a variety of IAM platforms and technologies.
- Proven project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA)
- Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM)
- Scripting experience (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
