SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Permanent – Remote (UK)
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is remote within the UK, offering flexibility while allowing you to contribute to exciting SAP HR transformation projects.
You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules, working closely with stakeholders to optimize HR processes and deliver innovative workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation, etc.).

Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions.

Manage integration between SuccessFactors and other SAP/non-SAP systems.

Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors environments.

Conduct workshops, deliver training, and create functional documentation.

Act as a subject matter expert, advising on SAP SuccessFactors best practices and process improvements.

Support testing, data migration, and change management activities.
Requirements

3–5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations and support.

Strong expertise in at least one core module (Employee Central preferred); multi-module experience is highly desirable.

Understanding of HR processes and how they align with SAP SuccessFactors capabilities.

Experience with integrations (SAP HCM, Payroll, S/4HANA, or third-party solutions).

Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Based in the UK with eligibility to work permanently.
