Client Partner – Life Sciences & Regulated Industries
The Role
We are working with a global consulting and technology services organisation seeking a Client Partner to lead a portfolio of clients across Life Sciences, MedTech, and Biotech.
This role owns the end-to-end client relationship, from executive engagement and account strategy through to delivery excellence, financial performance, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities

Own overall client satisfaction, account growth, and relationship evolution

Act as executive sponsor across multiple strategic client engagements

Drive account planning, revenue forecasting, and margin performance

Manage contracts, pricing, scope control, and commercial governance

Lead cross-functional delivery and consulting teams in a matrix environment

Position new solutions and innovations aligned to industry and regulatory needs

Support new business development, cross-sell, and strategic expansion

Mentor and develop senior team members to strengthen delivery capability
Background & Experience

10+ years working with senior stakeholders in consulting or technology services

5+ years managing and growing accounts in Life Sciences, MedTech, or Biotech
-
Strong understanding of regulated industry environments

Proven ability to operate at C-level and influence strategic decision-making

Commercially focused with a track record of sustainable account growth

Degree required; advanced degree preferred
