Client Partner – Enterprise Software, ISV & Platform Ecosystem
The Role
We are hiring a Client Partner to manage and expand a portfolio of high-growth enterprise software and platform-led clients across North America.
This is a consultative commercial leadership role, combining account strategy, revenue growth, innovative solution design, and long-term client satisfaction. You will work closely with technology-driven organisations operating across SaaS, data, integration, and enterprise AI landscapes.
Key Responsibilities

Own and grow multiple enterprise software and platform client relationships

Define and execute strategic account plans to increase wallet share

Advise clients on technology strategy, operating models, and scale

Lead solution design across integration, data engineering, AI, and cloud services

Oversee account delivery, customer satisfaction, and commercial governance

Develop and present client technology roadmaps, KPIs, and transformation plans

Support RFPs, proposals, and executive-level pitches

Collaborate internally across delivery, consulting, and leadership teams

Stay ahead of market trends and translate them into client value
Background & Experience

10+ years in technology services sales or client leadership roles

Experience working with enterprise software, SaaS, or ISV-led organisations

Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile delivery

Proven record of retaining and expanding complex accounts

Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
